He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar D. France and Eva L. France (Bailey); his siblings, Dorothy and Donald; his great grandchild Hunter; and his niece Mary Mable Hardesty.
He is survived by: his great-nieces, Victoria Caillet (Richard) of Dalton and Jennifer Yoder (Louis) of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Lindsey Gore (Jacob), Rick Caillet (Kady), Tyler Beckel (Jessica) and Collin Yoder (Amber); his great grandchildren, Axel, Riley, Archer, Reed, Evee, Maisie and Liam; and also Patricia Ann France (Singhaus).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home (26 2nd St NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has suggested memorial contributions to the Wayne County Humane Society (https://www.wchs.org) or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
