Ray Depew Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Depew of Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Depew and Mary Depew (Shell); his wife Ruth Depew (Bledsoe); his siblings, Lily Burgan, Eva Hall, Elizabeth Depew, Wilma Hair (Willie), Edward, Homer and Charles; and his grandson Steven Depew.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Depew of Canton, OH, Mary Frank (John) of North Canton, OH, David Depew (Lori) of North Canton, OH, Mark Depew (Tara) of Massillon, OH and Tim Depew of Massillon, OH.; his grandchildren, Israel Depew (Nicole), Mathew Ferrell (Christine), Daniel Depew, Emily Sigala (Jason), Renee Madrid (Carlos) and Jessica Depew; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Depew, Abigail Depew, Cassidy Sigala, Lily Sigala and Leonardo Madrid.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinette Funeral Home (146 Maple Dr, Jonesville, VA 24263). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Van Huss Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Post 221 Massillon, OH or Stark County OH Pet Food Pantry.
