He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Nyabera; his daughter Angie Thomas; and his siblings, Grace Nyabera, Elisham Kalika and Ebainto Luvisia.
He is survived by: his children, Oneida Benjamin, Scott Arndt (Lisa), Chris Arndt, Sr. (Jill Shipbaugh), Nick Arndt, Michael Arndt, Chad Arndt, Sr. (Meranda) and Mildred Kageha; his siblings, Ephurata Musimei, Arthur Kibisu, Eluid Angaruki, Abigael Kangereha Seth Kajala, Philemon Kagasi and Florah Kaveza; and his close friends, Dr. Smith and Dr. GeoffreySanga. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren.
