He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph and Joan Marie Forkin (Rains). He is survived by: his children, Meghan Weissenborn and Brendan Forkin; his siblings, Carol Petersen, Judy Wenum (Chris), Kelly Knight (David), Tim Forkin (Betsy) and Dan Forkin (Therese); and his grandchild Norah Weissenborn. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waltner-Simchak Funeral Home (2257 Mahoning Rd NE, Canton, OH 44705).
