She is survived by: her children, Carolyn, Bobby (Jennifer), Patricia and Clestine Grizzard; her grandchildren, Cherese, Bradly, Brandyn, Breyanna Grizzard, Julisa Hood and Christina Collins; her great grandchildren, Journee and Ja'Zari Hood; and her niece Alma Rose Martin.
