She was predeceased by: her father Stephen Short; and her brother Christopher Short. She is survived by: her mother Alice Witmer (Parsons); her husband Jeremiah Kemp; her daughters, Madison Kemp and Ripley Kemp; and her brother Stephen Short, II (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
