With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynell E. Chenault (Massillon, Ohio), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on November 22, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lynell had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lynell may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John George and Jesse George. She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Culbert (Earl), Johnny George (Edie), Beverly Crosby (late Al), Sandra Johnson (Earl) and Alfred Graham; her husband Donald Chenault; her daughter Wanda Chenault; her granddaughter Qiana Williams; and her sister Marcella Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
