He was predeceased by: his parents, June Baltzer and Louis E. Baltzer; and his sisters, Amy Baltzer, Jill Skirtich and Loretta Bobeck.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Maurer (Thomas) and Michael Baltzer (Karen); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Clemens and Daniel Skirtich.
