He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Gerry of Barberton, OH; his children, Mathew, Michael and Morgan; his grandchild Alaina C. Earlywine (Kottman) of Charlotte, NC; his niece Kristine A. Hillyard (Miller) of Fairplay, MD; his nephew Darin S. Miller of Bainbridge, NY; and his close friends, Efrain Martinez, Andrea Ramirez Kirkpatrick, Carlos Ramirez of Fairplay, MD, Chris, Kevin Herston of Hudson, OH, Mike Davis, Les Booth of Woburn, MA, Stephen, Brittany Herston of Urbana, OH, Emily, Michael Planz of Copley, OH and Meghan Herston Hudson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
