He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rager and Virginia Rager (Parr); his son Scott Rager; his sister Shirley Fowler; and his stepdaughter Shelia "Kay" Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rager; his daughter Vicki Baus (David); his stepdaughters, Joyce Karchner (Mike), Lorrie Isla (Mike) and Connie Turner; his granddaughters, Leigh-anne Carter, Miranda Woods (Eric), Rachel Robinson (Mitchell), Megan King and Taylor Isla; and his great grandchildren, Jaiden Woods, Gabriella Carter (Gabi), Leah Woods, Addison and Alivia Robinson.
