He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Byard and Florence Byard (Bogard). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Byard (Urban); his children, Christopher Byard (Tiffany), Matthew Byard (Brianna) and Tria Hummel (Nick); his grandchildren, Shae, Jace, Bryce, Kaylee, Kenzie, Brenna and Dylan; his siblings, Steve Byard (Yvonne) and Carolyn Dudley (Keith) of Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Douglas (Walt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
