She was predeceased by: her parent Arden; her nephew David Cross; and her brother Philip Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Gary Shanklin; her children, Wesley Shahan (Kimberly), Bobbi Shahan and Alice Coffman (John); her stepchildren, Beth Finney (Stephen) and Todd Shanklin; her grandchildren, Justin, Lona Paul, Aidan and Holly; and her siblings, Judy Fornash, Carol Cross and Michael Thomas, Jr.. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
