He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Flaherty and Ruth Flaherty (McMillen) of Cadiz, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Flaherty (Rufener); his children, Michael Flaherty (Peggy) and Jennifer House (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Riley Helline, Donald, Konstantine and Yianni Flaherty.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church.
