He was predeceased by: his father Joseph F. Wilhelm. He is survived by: his mother Florence Wilhelm (Wesie); his siblings, Susan L. Jones, Sherry Weisend (Ed), Thomas Wilhelm (Carol) of Arizona, Jeffrey Wilhelm (Michelle), Joseph Wilhelm III and William Wilhelm (Michelle); his children, Robert J. Yoder, James Franklin Yoder (Timmy) and J. D. Winter; and his brother-in-law Ed Meadows. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
