He is survived by: his children, William James Swain of Canton and Alicia Marie Swain (William Phillips) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Luke James Swain and Kinsey Lynette Swain; and his brothers, William Swain (Martha) of Caldwell and Daniel Swain of Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
