He is survived by: his sons, Mark, David and Donald; his daughter-in-law Carrie; his grandsons, Brandon and Dawson; his granddaughter-in-law Sarah; his great grandchild Sadie; and his sisters, Joan Mack and Jill Johanning. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
