James left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Susan K. Matthews (Coulter); and his parents, Imogene Keller (Blocker) and James Arthur Matthews, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Mark, David and Donald; his daughter-in-law Carrie; his grandsons, Brandon and Dawson; his granddaughter-in-law Sarah; his great grandchild Sadie; and his sisters, Joan Mack and Jill Johanning. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home (26 2nd St NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
