He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Ashbridge and Dorothy H. Ashbridge (Mannweiler); his wife Florence A. Ashbridge (Nussbaumer); his daughters, Barbara Ashbridge Mehling and Susan Ashbridge Sturm; his grandson Gus Mehling; and his siblings, Donna Ashbridge, Judith Ashbridge Griffiths, Robert and David Ashbridge.
He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Mike Mehling and Mark Sturm; his sisters, Nancy Paulus (Keith), Peggy Huffman (James) and Mary Tucker (Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Jane Ashbridge and William Griffiths. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
