He was predeceased by: his parents, James Simon and Betty Simon (Angus); his wife Carolyn Simon; and his brother James Simon Jr.. He is survived by: his niece Patricia Rieger; his great-niece Samantha; his great-nephew Collin Rieger; and his friends, Emmanuel and Evelyn Paradeses.
