She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Midkiff and Lena Midkiff (Dunlap); her husband James Lewis; and her sisters, Carla McMasters, Lea Bushor and June Gage.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Derr, Robin Slayman, Cindy Highbin and Cathy LeBarre; and her sisters, Ann Mabe and Dorothy McClure. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
