She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Martin and Ella Martin (Wenger); her husband Leonard D. Horst; her son Samuel Ray Horst; her sister Joann Martin; her grandchildren, Amber Dawn Horst and Trenton Bruce Horst; and her great grandchild Tyrell Flint Horst.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Amstutz (Clayton) of Edinburgh, IN, Barry Horst (Marilyn) of Brooten, MN, Elwood Horst (Wilda) of North Lawrence, Betty Grace Horst of Massillon, Garneta Steiner (Olen) of Apple Creek, Janice Weaver (Charlen) of Bluford, IL, Doris Nisly (Brian) of Hutchinson, KS, David Horst (Regina) of Loma, CO, Dale Horst (Gwen) of North Lawrence, Gloria Zimmerman (Clayton) of Wellsboro, PA, Myrna Horst of Seal Beach, CA, Joyce Good (Nevin) of Greentop, MO, Galen Horst (Yolanda) of Coleman, MI, Lois Good (Wesley) of Bellville and Curvin Horst (Janelle) of Massillon; and her brother Clark Martin (Edna) of Dayton, VA. She is also survived by 81 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren.
