She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn K. Esselburn and Hazel L. Esselburn (Rutt); her husband Harold Orson Rice; her son David; and her siblings, Robert K. Esselburn and Margaret E. Hoffman.
She is survived by: her son Steven O. Rice of Palo Alto, California; and her nieces and nephews, Shirley Warren (Jason), Robin Hoffman (David Tower), James Hoffman (Becky) and Bob Esselburn (Denise).
