He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn David and Audrey Luceria Jones (Schlegel); his former wife Marlis Rae Jones (McBride); his daughter Kemberley Jones; and his sister Christine Zimmerman (Jones).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jones (Hess); his daughter Daunice V. Glatz (Philip G. Glatz); and his pet Theo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Canton 1st Wesleyan Methodist Church (1650 Broad Ave NW, Canton, OH 44708). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Canton First Wesleyan Methodist Church (1650 Broad Ave NW, Canton, OH 44708). A committal service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens (3655 Wales Ave NW, Massillon, OH 44646).
