He was predeceased by: his father Raymond W. Moyer. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Cynthia L. "Cindy" Moyer (Janata); his grandchildren, Molly McMerrell (Zach McCormick), Katie, Maxwell McMerrell, Ava, Mia and Gage Wade; his mother Gerry Moyer (Englehardt); his brothers, Tim Moyer (Pat) and Kurt Moyer; and also, Marc J. Moyer of Massillon, Erin R. McMerrell (Rick) of Massillon and Lara E. Wade (Sean) of Fairlawn.

They have also suggested memorial contributions made to advance the mission and ministry of Grace UCC in Massillon.
