She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Parsons and Opal Parsons (Lupardus); her husband Jerry Shafrath; her former husband David G. Klar; her sons, Robert Klar and David A. Klar; and her close friend Bob Hoffner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Rose (Bill) and Diana Davis (Fred); her grandchildren, Stephanie Klar, Ronald Klar (Adriana), Bill Rose (Danielle), Brett Rose (Sarah Bell), Kyle Davis and Kayla Davis; and her caregiver Jenni Rastetter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials are suggested to the Sixteen St. John's Church.
