He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kozar and Rose Maria Kozar (Margida); and his brother Albert John. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kozar (Krosse); his children, Albert (Christina), Anthony (Elizabeth), Raffaela Kozar and Mary Rainosek (Bradley); his grandchildren, Zachary, Audrey, Timothy and Sean; and his sister Janice King (Scott). He is also survived by one niece, two nephews.
