As Andréa Jacqueline departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Andréa Jacqueline. Though Andréa Jacqueline may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Simpson, Sr. and Emma Marie Peak Simpson; and her siblings, Rose Marie Simpson, Gladys Louise Simpson and Robert Lee Simpson, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Turpin and Jennifer Turpin Stanfield (James) of Fairborn; and her siblings, Christopher Simpson of Canton and Tina Mathews (Terry) of Maineville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. James AME Zion Church (209 2nd St SW, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Andréa's memory, donations can be made to the St. James A.M.E. Zion Church Family Life Center (111 Tremont Ave. SW, Massillon, Ohio) in Andréa J. Simpson's name.
