He is survived by: his daughter Emma Jo; his stepdaughter Mackenzie Miller; his parents, Craig Dreurery (Elizabeth) and Pamela Affolter (Randy); his siblings, Jessica Humphrey and Frank Milbroadt (Jolene); and the mother of his child Lindsey Miller.
