She is survived by: her sons, David Basil (Tracy Windham) and Joshua Hayner (Tiffany Bouck); her grandchildren, Chad, Jamie Windham, Hailey Bouch, Psymon Cooper, Jacob Sudekum and Cannon Hayner; her siblings, Kay Boroff and Dennis Bogan (Sandy); and her nieces and nephews, Aaron Boroff (Kim), Mikeila, Scott, Tinille, Lane Boroff, Matt and Nick Bogan.
