She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Jr. (Jack); her parents, Denver J. Monahan and Rose L. Monahan; her brother Stewart Monahan; her children, Cindy Schenkel Nester (Bill), Cathy Brennan (Tim) and Chris Schenkel (Jody); and her grandchildren, Nicole, Natalie, Matthew, Molly, Morgan, Dylan, Jessie, Dustin and Evan.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Good and Donna Schenkel. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Children's Home of Cincinnati.
