He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Lazur; his stepfather Michael Jilek; and his grandparents, Marion and Helen Cannaday. He is survived by: his wife Susan Michelle Lazur; his sons, Owen, Logan and Ethan Lazur; his mother Jackie Jilek; his sister Ashleigh Cousino (Todd); his parents-in-law, Joan and Louis Eling; and his brothers-in-law, Brian Eling (Kelli) and Kevin Eling (Karen). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
