She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKinney and Lula Blades McKinney; her husband Ray Woods of Walton, KY; and her siblings, Elmo McKinney, Shelby McKinney, Juanita McKinney Whitley, Nancy McKinney Kampsen and John McKinney Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Charles Ray Woods (Barbara) of Mason, OH, Rickey Wayne Woods of Liberty Township, OH and Anita Marie Woods of Hamilton, OH.; her grandsons, John Ray Woods (Kim) and Michael Edward Woods (Kellie); and her great grandchildren, Lillyan Taylor Woods, Brady Ray Woods, Alayna Janice Woods and Rory Hobart Woods. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
