He is survived by: his parents, Geovanny Maldonado and Dalila Maldonado; his daughter Alisa Mendez; his siblings, Tanya Robinson (Sean), Diane Clark (Ryan), Geovanny Maldonado Jr. and Ryan Maldonad; his uncles, Virgil Amaral (Shelly) and George Amaral (Caralee); his aunt Rosie Lopez; and his cousins, Michael, Jake, Ella and John Joseph.
Memorial donations may be made in Jonathan's name to St Susanna Catholic Church.
