He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee and Polly Anne Raleigh. He is survived by: his wife Anne Powell; his children, Darren Raleigh and Regina Raleigh; his stepchildren, Tammy Powell, Mike Powell and Sherry (Bob); his sister Maude Turner (Sam Herald); and also, Bill Raleigh (Lori), Ruth Raleigh (Sam), Tammy Raleigh (Darrell) and Doris Blake (Scott). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces.
