She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Heber and Myrtle Askew (Hedges); her brothers, Robert Askew, Charles Askew and James Askew; her parents-in-law, George Robert and Caroline Ulsh; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Askew, Janet Askew, Miriam Askew, Eugene Stansbery and Jack Greer.
She is survived by: her husband Fred R Ulsh; her daughters, Dina Conners (Mike) of Cincinnati and Lisa Blasiman (Mark) of Lima; her grandchildren, Sean Conners of Seattle, WA, Caroline Whelan (Sean) of Cincinnati, Sarah Blasiman of Columbus and Paul Blasiman of Madison, WI; her siblings, Phyllis Stansbery of Titusville, FL, Sandy Greer of Elizabethton, TN, Tom Askew (Susan) of Marion and David Tighe (Judy) of Marion; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Mash of Marion and Francis Askew of Titusville, FL. She is also survived by her family and friends.
