She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dan Jacobs; her children, Ray Jacobs and Tracy Carl; her grandson John Carl; her mother Norine Smith; her siblings, Cheryl Boone (Mike), Ronald Smith and Lora Banks; her sisters-in-law, Karen, Patsy, Peggy and Pam; her nieces and nephews, Becky, Kelley, Emily, Kyle, Kevin, Carl, Holly, Michael, Bryan, Rachel, Craig, Eric, Jeremy, Jessica, Amanda, Ashley and Sarah; and her father Ronald E. Smith.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home (7345 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
