She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rouhier and Helen Rouhier. She is survived by: her husband Robert Melzer; her children, Kerry Stafford (Mark), Shannon Melzer, Devin Melzer (Kim) and Ryan Melzer (Molly Williamson); and her siblings, Daniel Rouhier and Jeanmarie Rouhier-Willoughby. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The family asks for donations towards Chelle's funeral expenses as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
