He is survived by: his wife Heather Nichole Combs; his parents, David O. Combs and Rhonda Lee Combs; his brother Adam Combs (Emily); his uncles, John Bockenstette and Ken Winter (Luann); and his aunt Elaine Peebles (Les). He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
