She is survived by: her sons, Mark Simons (Susana), Jeffrey Simons (Jan) and Joel Simons (Kat); her son-in-law Dean Meinnert (Barbara Simons); her grandchildren, Wesley Simons, Christie Fischer (Robert), Kathleen Jenner (Chris), Brett Simons (Alexandra), Mary Claypool (Peter Ehresmann), Heaven Manning (Russell), Maggie Barley (Joe), Jamie Malin (Sean) and Tess Stephenson (Curtis); and her caregivers, Heaven, Jamie, Maggie and Melanie. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
