He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gai "Lan" Platt; his daughters, Lorrie Platt and Lana Platt; his parents, Mary Lena and Omer Platt; and his daughters, Mary Lee Cornthwaite, Betty Baysore, Marjorie Saidleman and Jennie Platt. He was also cherished by his many family members and friends.
