She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tyler and Edna Wiseman; her stepfather Loran Wiseman; her husband Raymond Lee Rodgers; her son Vernon L. Rodgers; her grandsons, Rodney L. Rodgers, Joey A. Steffen and Steve Pervis; and her sister Wilma Tyler Wright.
She is survived by: her nephew Wayne; her daughters, Rawanda Sue Steffen (Glenn), Rose Marie Pervis (Ron) and Dorothy Mae Rodgers; her grandchildren, Glenda Smith (Monte), Randy L. Rodgers and Sharon Harack (Kris); and her great grandchildren, Kaylle Rodgers, AJ Smith, Alex Rodgers, Jorden Smith, Alex Smith and Bethany Rodgers.
The State of Ohio requires masks to be worn and social distancing guidelines to be followed.
