He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Buttram (Nee Prewitt); his children, Kimberly Ruth Daniels (Doug), April Renaee Keeton, Matthew Kenneth Buttram and Philip Lee Buttram (Ellen); his grandchildren, Peyton Rose Daniels, Eliza Raye Templeton, Aveah Faith Templeton, Michael Leo Ball, Sara Joy Buttram, Katelyn Hope Buttram, Graziela Faith Buttram, Elisha Praise Buttram and Renee Grace Buttram; and his siblings, Charles Herbert Buttram (late Eva Buttram), Peggy Goad (David), Joan Moody, Dave (Jane Bullock), Steve (Ruby Turpin), Destul (Vickie Huff), Tim (Shirley Prewitt), Mark (Sue Prewitt) and Sam (Bobbie Jean Prewitt).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Gospel Assembly of God (11850 N Lebanon Rd, Loveland, OH 45140). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Full Gospel Assembly of God (11850 N Lebanon Rd, Loveland, OH 45140). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hopewell Cemetery (10101 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242).
