She was predeceased by: her pets, Chestnut, Muffin, Scuffy and Karen. She is survived by: her parents, Leo J Koch and Jo-Ann M Koch of Loveland; her siblings, Lisa Mack (William) and Lee Koch; and her nieces and nephews, Joey, Kate Mack, Jack, Lauren Koch and Pepsi.
Memorial donations may be given in Karen's name to the Cincinnati Zoo, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or to the Warren County Humane Society.
