She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edgar and Marie Naomi Kratzer Sr. (Stevens); and her siblings, David Kratzer and Rose Roades. She is survived by: her husband John W. "Jack" Palmer Jr.; her children, Kim Marciniak (Chris) of Estero, FL, Jackie Adamson (Michael J.) of South Lebanon, OH, Jeffrey L. Jones of Batavia, OH, James Palmer (Regina) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and John W. Palmer III of Green, OH; her grandchildren, Jordan M. Marciniak, Alexa T. Fyffe, Austin P. Marciniak, KC L. Marciniak, Abigail E. Adamson, Evan J. Palmer, Alexandria G. Palmer, Jonathan M. Palmer, McKenna R. Palmer, Ashley Thomas and Megan Jones; and her brother Dallas F. Kratzer (Linda) of Ripley, OH. She is also survived by her husband, other surviving family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home (97 W Locust St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sugar Grove Cemetery W Truesdell (297 W Truesdell St, Wilmington, OH 45177).
