He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Woodyard and Blanche M. Woodyard; and his siblings, James R. Postalwaite, Randall E. Woodyard and Marcia J. Callahan.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Woodyard; his children, Alycia A Champion (Scott), John B. Woodyard (Carol) and Amy P. Walter (Adam); and his grandchildren, Hayley, Max, Skylar Champion, Kaitlyn, Emily Woodyard, Marjorie and Layne Walter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
