He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Alice Elizabeth Schulthess; his nephew Mikel Schulthess; and his grandmother Frances Cashel. He is survived by: his wife Donna Schulthess; his children, Jeffrey Schulthess (Kimberly) and Heidi Siena (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jenna, Jakob, Julia, Nicolas, Lucas, Samantha and Madison; and his brother Jim Schulthess (Mary). He is also survived by many extended family and lifelong friends.
