He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean (Howlett) and John Lee Oliver, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, John L. Oliver, III (Amy) of Smyrna, DE and James R. Oliver (Sheena) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Patrick, Taylor, Caroline and Landon; his siblings, Patricia DePlasco of Magnolia, DE, Steve Oliver (Linda) of Smyrna, DE and Mary Beth Alexander (James) of Felton; his friend Kacy Clark of Mason, Ohio.; and his pet Cocoa. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
In consideration of protecting the family and friends health, public health guidelines enacted for the prevention of the spread of covid-19 virus, limitations on gatherings, physical distancing, use of hand sanitation and masks are in place.
