He was predeceased by his parents, Potenciano and Mercedes Abrenica, and his siblings Loretto "Toto" Abrenica, Soledad "Eding" Abrenica-Andrada, and Claudio "Brokoy" Abrenica. He is survived by his wife Noemi Abrinica; his sons, Mark (Claudia) Abrinica, Marvin (Holli) Abrinica and Michael Abrinica; his grandchildren, Isabel and Alexandria; and his nieces and nephews; Imelda Abrenica-Camat of Escalante, Western Negros province, Philippines; Guido (Sylvia) Andrada of West Palm Beach, Florida; Louie (Jocelyn) Abrenica of Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey; Loretto (Leslie) Abrenica, Jr. of Hamilton, Ohio; Lloyd Abrenica of Forth Worth, Texas; and Lorielyn (Brian) Abrenica-Mills of Frisco, Texas.
