He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Bud" and Eleanora Middleton; his siblings, Bob, Dick, Dale, Bill, Teddy and Clara; and his stepdaughter Carolyn.
He is survived by: his former wife Judy Price; his wife Carol Helderbrand; his stepchildren, Robin Wientge (John), Heather Archer (Scott), Guy Middleton (Kathleen), Cathy Himes (Randy) and Justin Helderbrand; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Bethany, Josh, Megan, Nick, Katie H, Jack, Katie M, McKenzie, Morghan and Madysen; and his siblings, Ida Mae, Don, Beverly, Barbara, Tim and Tom. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
