He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Flaherty and Dorothy Flaherty (Atkins); and his daughter Kathi Flaherty. He is survived by: his son Duke; his wife Barbara Flaherty (Puterbaugh); his close friend Duke Flaherty (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Gregg George (Erin), Bryan Breeze (Molly), Jaysie Valuska (Ken), Kelsey Flaherty (Alex Heck) and Jackson Flaherty; and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Jack George, Brinley, Blake Breeze, Kenny, Jack Valuska, Fitzgerald and Frances Alexander Flaherty.
In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to the Mason Athletic Scholarship fund.
