He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hayes and Edith Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hayes; his children, Jeremy Hayes and Shannon Hayes; and his sister Robin Goodwin. He is also survived by sisters' in-laws and brother in-laws, Jeff was both family and friend.
